The staff was very responsive and interested to help me find a replacement retro handlebars for my singlespeed project. But, the actual handlebar was not up to quality due to how crooked they were. Even after two replacements, I concluded it was a batch issue.

Purchased some bars and bar tape to swap onto my old Schwinn. Bars seem nice. Price was good, shipping was prompt with fast delivery. It was like doing business with Amazon only without the icky feeling of knowing you bought from Amazon. Can we really ask for anything more?
